The judge may rule that one of the nurses must have ‘obviously’ been a Secret Sorcerer or Witch and that she apparently recited an incantation which induced confusion amongst the surgery team.

Since it is next to conclusively prove which nurse is the guilty party, no one will be prosecuted, but the hospital will be fined.
