A hippie movie approaching Billy Jack with hamfisted polemics against injustice to kids at camp and of course buffalos Mummy was in it

It was a "kids' film" - it didn't focus on "minorities" being "oppressed" by "The Man," rather, it was about troubled teens and their neglectful parents - so I cut it some slack.

Bill Mumy (pronounced "MOO-mee") acquitted himself well in it (I think that it might have been his "break-out role" with respect to playing something other than just nice, clean-cut youths*).
