Interesting policies:

“Our return policy for used items is 3 years. Yes, that’s right 3 years! If returned within 90 days of purchase there is a 20% restocking fee. If returned after 90 days there is no restocking fee and refund is original purchase price.”
Did I get this straight? If returned on day 2 you lose 20% but if you return it on day 1094 you get your full money back?
He’s telling his customers they can buy a used iPhone, keep it for three years and then return it for a full refund? He’s bonkers! I’ve just looked in my handy dandy crystal ball iPhone app. . . and it says with idiotic policies like these, he’s a gonna be bankrupt in less than two years. . .
