Not an expert on anything, just old enough to remember devastating 'natural' and man made disasters during my lifetime.
Seems normal to me....remember Mt. St. Helens...maybe Mt. Rainier is re-awakening??? (Hope not..my son and family live in valley below it.)
Check out Dutchsinse on YouTube. Ive been following him for a couple weeks now and hes very interesting. Apparently there is a slow slip all along the west coast for the past couple weeks or so. However very little has been reported in Oregon which is odd. He maintains that earthquakes can be predicted by following the way the force travels, creating quakes sequentially along the fault lines, however this is apparently a very controversial stance so he meets with a lot of resistance from the experts. The thought is that the USGS in Oregon has not been reporting anything in order to mess up his analysis.
Here is last nights weekly forecast: https://youtu.be/K17hjN3EVn0
Three quakes near the Hanford Nuclear site. Good thing I have volcano insurance.
3.2 off of Gold Beach, Ore. That’s the southern boundary of the Cascadia Fault. A number of 5+ following a couple of 6+ in Indonesia this week. A 7+ in Mexico was recorded this month. What is strangely quiet is the space on the Left Coast between Los Angeles, CA, and Alaska.
I wonder if that slide area could make it to the highway below?
And dam the river?
