My experience with individual REITs is that they’re specialized investments that can be tricky and require a lot of attention.

If you just need some real estate holdings to diversify your portfolio take a look at VNQ which holds a basket of individual REITs and other real estate related companies, sports a roughly 4.5% dividend, and acts as a proxy for the entire market.

Worth noting that offices are just a small part of commercial real estate.
