Worth noting that offices are just a small part of commercial real estate.
Not that small a part at all. In many markets, office and retail run fairly equal with industrial in third place and multi-family bringing up the rear. If I were going to invest in real estate now, I’d shun office and retail because I think both are cruising for a bruising. In a Trump economy, I’d head towards industrial. I’m a real estate guy but I just appraise it, not buy into it.
