I get the same message on thelibertydaily.com and can’t view that either.
I do have an old WinXP OS here.

I’m running an up to date OS but I got a blank page with palemoon browser which is based off an old version of firefox. If I use a new version of firefox, I get thru just fine.
WinXP is kinda risky to surf with anymore. Might think about making the move to linux.

lubuntu is another lightweight one
Most all versions of linux can be set up as dual boot. If you’ve got some hard drive space to spare, linux will install beside itself beside windows. Then when you start the computer, you choose between linux or windpws. It’s best to run disk defragmenter on windows before installing linux beside it.
