Is it me? What am I missing? She had a boyfriend, and went back to this guys room with him...alone, and is offended and surprised that the guy was going to come on to her?
Good gosh, and she was nearly 30 years old!!!!! I could see some stupid 18 year old girl doing this, but...a 30 year old woman?
The guy is a scum, and anyone could see that with his atheism/faith angle he was working, and yes, what he did was wrong.
But why does she not share some blame for putting herself squarely in this position? Is THIS what they teach girls today, that it is okay to go up to some older guy’s room with him, and that no advances are going to be made?

Yes. Any public figure who tells young women, "Don't do stupid stuff! It may turn out badly for you!" is metaphorically eviscerated.
Well, yes, women today are never responsible for their decisions (or lack of them). They are just *victims*. The only area where society holds women accountable is with raising children.
