For all we know, Horowitz is working with a secret SC and has been for the last 10 months.

Gowdy would not be a good pick for SC. The DEMs would cry bias, as Gowdy comes from a political background, and the charge has some sticking power.

I heard Corsi say yesterday that The White House Council has approved the appointment of a special council. The DOJ has to request the appointment, but WH has green flagged it. They might be waiting for more ducks to be lined up. We’ll see.
