That is why before going down that rabbit hole I would like some other corroborating statement either from an Official Source, a media source (despite the inherent distrust in both as sources) or a second eyewitness, which if you are skeptical of the media and the officials you should be just as skeptical of a lone eyewitness.

Why Science Tells Us Not to Rely on Eyewitness Accounts
Eyewitness testimony is fickle and, all too often, shockingly inaccurate...
Since the 1990s, when DNA testing was first introduced, Innocence Project researchers have reported that 73 percent of the 239 convictions overturned through DNA testing were based on eyewitness testimony. One third of these overturned cases rested on the testimony of two or more mistaken eyewitnesses. How could so many eyewitnesses be wrong?
Yaknow, that teacher may have been confused. Didn’t that school have a drill the previous day or two?
The day after the shooting, on the news they showed what a shooting drill would look like in a school. I think it was the trainers who were dressed all in black and wore black helmets. Maybe this is what the teacher was remembering. As I watched the drill, my thought was that I would be terrified during that drill if I saw those guys... and I certainly would homeschool.
Doesn’t that school have cameras in the hallways?
I heard about a twenty minute delay and have no idea what that means.
