I had read that Mr. Snead where Cruz was staying was with Military Intelligence. I had not heard that Cruz’s brother(adoptive-not biological) had been committed.

Read the whole transcript of the FBI taking the call of someone warning them about Cruz, Steven W. posted the link. WELL worth reading.
Apparently the guy (Snead? Names are blotted out in transcript) who took Cruz in was not known to Cruz; ie Cruz did not know the family. Is THAT weird or what?
