I just did a search on Hillary’s 2016 self birthday greeting. This may be the picture you are thinking of, and whether it is or not it IS CREEPY!

I read somewhere that she was raised in a Mafia-connected family. IF so, she embraced it and she’s “Crooked Hillary” from day one!
