Whatever they do to gun ownership, do likewise to voting rights. Need to be 21? Okay. Need to have positive ID. Ok. IF they are both Rights, treat them equally.
One is a G-d given natural right enumerated by the 2nd Amendment...the other(voting) not a constitutional right at all.

I agree. If you need to be 21to have a gun, then you need to be 21 to vote. If you have to pass a background check to buy a gun, same check for voting.
I’m always confused at how laws are able to stand on the books restricting the rights of people who are otherwise legally capable of entering into contracts and participating in the political system. The only way it makes any sense is if there is some deeper adhesion contract contained within doing something like taking a taxpayer ID or SS # that states you’re willing to conform to such other regulation as the purveyors see fit.
