Didn’t you see those unedited CNN out-takes where he is being INTENSIVELY coached, on-camera, and doing 100 “takes” of his “spontaneous” commentary.
It’s totally over the top, I’m looking for it for you now.

Most likely, Hogg was originally recruited to rant against Trump’s attacks on FBI corruption. Then, the shooting provided a new opportunity for the Fake News team to trot him out.
