Here's
a place, the Fairbank's House, one or two years older in Massachusetts. Besides Hopi Indian structures in the Southwest, these are the oldest buildings in the continental USA.

The Acoma Pueblo is the oldest, continuously occupied town in North America, 800+ years.

Ok since I have family in the area and Ive been there a dozen times.....Taos Pueblo has been lived in by the Taos Indians for slightly over 1000 years just sayin...and they take credit as oldest continuously lived in buildings in North America ..it should be noted Im partial to the place and other Indians claim their pueblos are older...they are really serious about this....its like Alabama versus Auburn ..
