Charges leveled last week against two Parkland High School students were addressed in Lehigh County Court behind closed doors....{snip}

The pair of 15-year-old Parkland students were arrested Dec. 6 — two days after officials say an investigation into their alleged behavior began.... [snip]

The Lehigh County district attorney’s office announced the arrests midday Monday after rumors reached a fever pitch at the high school and parents were arriving in droves to take their children home.

Authorities said they learned school officials received information of “possible threatening action to be initiated by two students … some time before the Christmas break,” ......

The district attorney’s office said both students have been held in a juvenile detention facility since Dec. 8.....[snip}

The Parkland School District has come under fire by parents for what many saw as a lack of communication regarding the threats and arrests...... “rumors circulating in the community about the safety and welfare of Parkland High School.” He went on to assure the parents that the school is safe and there was no cause for alarm.

Critics of the school’s response said it was disingenuous to call everything circulating at the school rumors when there had been threats leveled and arrests made. The voice recording, meant to reassure parents, had the opposite effect and many kept their children home from school while others arrived to school Monday to pick students up.

Martin, in his news release Monday, said there was “no longer any known or suspect threat against Parkland High School as a result of this alleged incident.”

Parkland, Pennsylvania takes threats against their kids and school seriously. Threats led to an immediate arrest in December 2017.

TEENS THREATENED SCHOOL ->GETS TEENS ARRESTED 2 DAYS LATER

This is the complete opposite of how Parkland, Florida handled threats to their kids.

Florida ignored multiple very serious threats both written and verbal by a known criminal nutcase.

If you’re a kid who even remotely threatens anything at school you’re in a world of trouble now.

No Kidding! Now the PS system will institute a “0 tolerance” program. Threaten to not eat your broccoli and the police will be at your door.

In this facilities case, their security system should be brought to public scrutiny . Particularly of the policies employed. For starters this school has a so called “gun free zone”. It does have a parking lot officer who may be armed assigned to patrol the multi acre site in a golf cart , but bans guns from the rest of its internal security .

Because of these Ding Bat liberal policies it brings up another question. Just how safe and secure are those kids ? There’s a lot of krap that happens; Assaults, fights, thefts, books and items stolen, teachers accosted, kids intimidated.Drug use
Examine records reporting how student vs student, and student vs teacher altercations, vandalism, and thefts, which are bound to occur were being dealt with.

Because in an educational unit this size it’s pretty clear their security system failed . In a secure system Cruz would have never gotten inside.

If you were stupid enough to make a threat in school...the cops should be called and simply pick you up. You can explain yourself at the station, with your parents, and some prosecutor. Far as I’m concerned...two weeks of home-detention, and 12-hour Saturdays filling sandbags, should be enough to get this out of your mind. No second chances. You do it again, and you get permanent dismissal from the school. Let the parents worry about your future then. And no, even McDonalds will refuse to hire you.

In second grade or so, we would sing: “Hi ho, hi ho, its off to school we go, with razor blades and hand grenades hi ho, hi ho hi ho.” Then there were renditions of: “Glory, glory hallelujah, teacher hit me with a ruler. I met her at the door with a loaded .44, and she ain’t been seen since.”

Of course, this was ~1965, and nobody was serious about it. Never crossed anyone’s mind. Everybody here remembers kids bringing guns to school either for shooting club or for hunting before school. Even after severe disagreements, no one ever went to the truck and brought their gun into the arguement. No, the guns or access to them isn’t the problem, or even part of the problem. The problem is moral decay brought on by the Godless left. Of this I have no doubt.

My point is that schools will now over react to even the slightest thing now. Somebody noted the situation where the pop tart “looked” like a gun and a kid was suspended.

And rightfully so. Broward used to have the Zero Tolerance policy.

Then they hired the Jamaican Superintendent, ROBERT W. RUNCIE, from Chicago and he introduced the NAACP sanctuary policy of ZERO OBEDIENCE to that school district.

The physical perimeter was unsecured. But it’s the system, the interior, that is at fault. Assuming the Parkland school wanted to discipline Cruz, their hands were tied by the district’s asinine policy.

Juvenile delinquents RULE the schools. Victims and their families should be outraged at their school’s discipline code and preparing to sue the BC School board and Sheriff’s office for this collaboration. Nikolas Cruz was never busted at school because of the 2013 NAACP collaborative discipline policy:

http://www.ncjfcj.org/sites/default/files/Broward%20Co%20Collaborative%20Agreement%20on%20School%20Discipline%20-%20MOU.pdf

Broward County’s School Discipline ‘Agreement” signed by the Sheriff, State Atty and local judges. Its purpose is to keep minority juvenile delinquents out of prison by NOT enforcing Florida state laws in schools.

These various behaviors will NOT result in suspension or expulsion or notification to the police. Instead they receive warnings, lectures and possible stern scolding!

The infractions include -All student misbehavior and these non-violent infractions:

Disrupting or Interfering with class
Affray - fighting in a public place
Theft if less than $300
Vandalism damages < $1,000
Disorderly conduct
Trespassing, Loitering or Prowling
Criminal Mischief
Gambling
Harrassment or Threats
Alcohol -all related offenses
Possession of Cannabis
Drug Paraphernalia
Obstructing Justice w/out Violence

“Go ahead kids. Smoke pot, booze it up, fight, THREATEN a teacher and tear the bloody place up! The NAACP & Broward County got your back. Since your family has failed to discipline, a sanctuary law-breaking program shields you at your school.”

Godless is the primary cause of all these massacres. The demographics and of the USA has shifted a lot during the last half century. The huge upswing in father-less families is also a major factor.

“And no, even McDonalds will refuse to hire you.”

So you can become a permanent burden to society as a criminal or welfare recipient with lots of free time to plan your next offense.

Rush, Hannity and all who will publicize the truth need to get this out there.

Make sure to send the BCSB link. I merely glanced at it and picked page 26 out of the mess. There is much more there. I fail to understand how it is constitutional in the state of Florida. The policy is contradictory and in violation of multiple state laws. Laws apply to all the people, regardless of age, sex or race.

If your kid is prowling around a Florida shopping mall, smoking dope, boozing, fighting, cursing, stealing, threatening, vandalizing, etc....He will be arrested on multiple counts and face time in Juvee. But in a Broward school, he will get a very stern scolding under their sanctuary policy. They got blood all over their hands. Too bad I’m not some pit-bull attorney because I would sink my teeth deep into all their collective bank accounts and bleed them out.

The rest of the nation needs a heads-up; Broward’s collaborative NAACP policy was a prototype intended to be spread nationwide.

And you can also tell Rush that the Broward School district is notorious for labeling kids with ‘disorders’ that meet the criteria to collect additional funding from the state and federal government. Once they get approved, Broward is not spending the $$$ on the kid. They mainstream all these troubled kids and collect the $$$ to enrich their system. It’s an expensive scam.
