I have heard the same. It is apparently one hell of a party, especially after the athletes are done competing in their own sport. I wonder if anyone is partying with the North Korean Cheerleaders (I mean besides their bodyguards and NK government officials).

I remember hearing that Katarina Witt took the gold in the après-skating events.

That was fake. Katerina was heavily guarded and even her own coach was spying on her. She wasn’t allowed to walk around the Olympic village on her own much less party.
