Brandon Minoff, a student at a Florida high school shooting on Wednesday, was interviewed by MSNBC's Brian Williams from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. Williams asked the kid what he would do about school shooting if he were a lawmaker.
Minoff instantly replied, "gun-wise, I don't think there's any way to prevent it. You outlaw guns, just creates higher demand for it."
"So what was your reaction when you heard that it was him?" Williams asked.
"I wasn't surprised, but it was kind of unfortunate to hear," the high school senior answered.
"If you were a lawmaker, an adult in a decision-making position, how would you stop, do you think, the kind of thing that happened today? A kid who had been thrown out, comes back with a weapon, and takes out whatever grievance he's been walking around with in his head?" Williams asked.
"Gun-wise, I don't think there's any way to prevent it," Minoff said. "You outlaw guns, just creates higher demand for it."
"I think it has to do with mental health, though," he said. "If he's been expelled three different times, from three different schools, I think he should be helped out."

I’m surprised the interview was allowed to be aired.
"Journalists" are always surprised by truth, because they so seldom run across it, and certainly never speak it.
it also creates A LOT of very angry people.
Students dont see the lawless feds enforcing drug or immigration laws. So why should gun-control laws be regarded differently?
You could see Williams was disappointed in the answer. And I’m sure he was thinking of his producer ‘You coudlnt get me a liberal anti gun student for this interview, huh?”
Lawmakers can’t stop anything.
They don’t even follow their own laws.
What a laugh, what a bunch of arrogant fools these people are.
Expelled three times, each from different schools?
Lyin Brian Williams..Im surprised he hasn’t claimed that he was in the school during the time of the shooting and stopped the killer with his bare hands
Well that goes against the narrative. Will the student be punished?
It’s how we stopped alcohol and drugs, isn’t it?
The virtue signaling for the next few months,is going to be insufferable. That county went 67% for Mrs Clinton according to city-data. This is their big opportunity.
And NBC put that on the air?
Beware the unintended consequences. Ban guns and drive the crazies back to what remain historically the most deadly school mass murder weapons - bombs (see Bath, MI.)
He’s right, when Obama looked like he was coming after the guns, guns sales went thru the roof. (Obama was the best gun salesman the nation has ever had).
Brian Williams, serial liar, is bested by a child.
No surprise.
Look what happened when the 0bomination was in office and when Hillary looked like she just might win.
To call for the destruction of a mindless, not alive building is nothing more than liberal 'feel goodism'.
Maybe I am unfeeling, but I think the building should be left as a monument for two reasons.
One, to honor the lives that were lost and the lives that will be forever affected by this tragedy.
Two, also as a monument exposing the stupidity that prepared the fertile ground that allowed this tragedy to sprout and come into being.
