A woman who won a $559.7 million Powerball jackpot will get her money as a legal fight over releasing her identity plays out in court.
In a court filing on Thursday, the New Hampshire Lottery Commission approved the payment to a trust the woman set up. The winning ticket will be placed in a secure location until a court decides whether its subject to the states Right to Know Law.

Actually you need a lawyer if you win the lottery. And not just any lawyer. You need one that specializes in handling lottery winning accounts. An experienced lawyer in that area has already set up the foundations, trusts, tax plans, and other accounts. You need someone who has done it before. Why pay someone to learn and likely screw it up.

Could she be embarrassed to go to church after winning because she has spoken ill of gambling?
Is there any rule in the lottery she played about the winners understanding that their names and images would be used in promotions?
