It’s not that hard to figure out. Cruz had a plan of escape.
Cruz exited the school and ditched his rifle.
He then mixed in with the students running from the school.
He went to a McDonalds and bought a soda sat down to drink it. Left the McDonalds on foot until he ended up at some house where the local police picked him up.
Without the rifle he was no threat to the police and he had no means of suicide. He did not plan on dying in this.
Well, he does have a post declaring that he was going to be a professional school shooter.
Yep, he didn’t plan on dying, he planned on it as a profession. Now who or what entity would give him that idea?
