I've seen two fleeting glimpses (I assume at the police station) and he looks as fresh as if he's going to the prom.

You think they ignored, I think they groomed him and gave him the Rifle.
And they had the psychopaths FULL NAME, months in advance!
I had the misfortune to cross paths with a serial killer.
He bragged about killing people while he was a high school student.
Our little city was scared. They had a physical description of the killer that matched this guy.
A student turned him in to the Vice Pricipal and he called the police.
They came and picked him up.
They gave him a polygraph and he passed.
He joined the Navy and was gone for a couple of years and then came back and started killing again.
The police had him. They had witnesses to his confession. He matched the description.
They let him go.
Not everything is a conspiracy. People have shot people for centuries.
This is a T.U.R.D.
FBI was too busy sending texts about how they wish that Hillary Clinton had won and how much they hate President Trump

Maybe they have. If so, they stopped someone from committing a crime and therefore had to prosecute the person for something else in order to keep their methods and practices secret (and useful).
I may not always be a cheerleader for law enforcement but I’ve never thought them all to be fools.
It is kind of unmistakable the way the things they decide to investigate tend to help the deep state, and the things they decide to ignore also help the deep state.
The things they decide to ignore that have already happened help the deep state, and the thins they decide to ignore that have not yet happened help the deep state when they happen.
Most likely, their procedures for handling such a threat were inadequate or they were overloaded with work in other areas and this fell through the cracks.
The kids he killed were Uranium 1 agents and Q told him to take them out.
Do you REALLY want to give this government free reign to investigate every threat of violence or threats against the government or even speaking out against the government as folks here do on a regular basis via the internet?

I’ve been assuming that’s been the case for four decades. Really, how often is someone’s first crime a mass murder? I’ll bet that most, if not all, of these mass killers were known to the FBI and the FBI, for political purposes, let the killers get a pass.
