Let’s say this boy was identified as a high risk to commit a crime through some FBI process, what should we do? Such a process might implicate half the population of our inner cities.
Imagine what Obama could have done to conservatives if all he had to do to get us in jail is think we might commit a crime. Instead of salting a warrant to surveil Trump, Comey could have salted a warrant to have him jailed.

In this case, not only was it in writing, but another person noticed it and alerted the FBI to the message and still nothing. In fact, it appears all the FBI did was keep going back to Ben Bennight and asking if he knew Cruz.
How about communicating terroristic threats over the internet? The evidence is there for all to see. Relieve the perp of his firearms at least.
