No kidding. You have to wonder how the first leavened bread was accidentally baked thousands of years ago. Or unleavened, for that matter.

The guys were brewing beer when one of them said, "Hm-m-m. I wonder what would happen it I tossed this yeast into that pile of dough there."

I keep wondering how they ever refined beer, wine, and spirits...

(And CHEESE is an incredibly difficult thing to make! It must have started with sour milk...)
