Wondering if anyone else received this from the RNC. Whaddaya think? Should I fill it out and send it back? I have even opened it up yet but if they ask for money, they're not getting any.
I’ve yet to see Americans for Prosperity successfully advance the conservative cause and the Koch brothers surely don’t need our money—they do a spectacular job of wasting their own! I stuffed their postpaid envelope FULL, taped it shut, and sent it back.
Send all of this crap back in THEIR envelopes!
Contribute to FR instead!
About 5 years ago I told the RNC to take me off their mailing list and haven’t received anything since.
Yes, tossed it.
Lucky you—I’ve told them repeatedly with no effect. What’s your secret?
I used to answer those things and write notes all over them too, but they NEVER read them...they just look for the check!
LOL...I do the same thing! :-)
Toss it. They don’t care about you. They care about your wallet.
I did that once too. Glad you realized it’s a waste of time just as contributing to them is a waste of money. Contribute DIRECTLY to candidates YOU like instead—there’s no need for a middleman.
Sadly, the RNC no longer sends postage paid envelopes, so I just throws that crap away as soon as I get one.
And yes, I ONLY send donations directly to the candidate/s of my choice; such as Trump.
Sorry, I didn’t explain it very well. I got a call from a young lady from the RNC and told her to no longer call me and also take me off the mailing list. She said she could take me off the call list but not the mailing list. I then spoke to her supervisor who was an older man and read him the riot act about RINO’s, etc. He complied with my request to take me off both lists.
My sorry azzed Republican US Senator is Gardner of Colo. I would get emails from him. One email requested a donation to fight Obamacare. Boy, I called his office and said how dare you ask for money to do what we elected you for.
Sure, send it back saying you loved the SOTU address & President Trump, along with a note that when they start backing this President 100% then you can ask and shall receive money.
Here’s how it works. They send out ‘opinion solicitations,’ oin various forms, to find out what your hot buttons are. Then they tailor subsequent money solicitations that target precisely what is most likely to get you to donate.
I was a decent donor to the RNC during the Reagan years, but sopped cold when I realized they were manipulating me.
Never filled one out...........
Yup, I answered the questions, and made comments in the text boxes suggesting Trump stand strong on illegals, dissolving federal funding of NEA, EPA, DOE, PBS, subsidies, SNAP (food stamps), etc.
Anything I get from the RNC I delete or trash. Once in a while these outfits make the mistake of including some sticky address labels, usually with an American flag, which are “complimentary,” to try guilt you into sending them something. I just take the labels and trash the mailer. I’ve gotten 2 new sheets of address labels in the last month doing that, which makes me happy.
I honestly think they pitch these things to senior citizens with Alzheimer’s.
