This would be great if in fact there was a real criminal investigation. So who are these these super-secret criminal investigators?
A Grand Jury? FBI agents? Sessions Justice Department attorneys reporting to Rosenstein?
Who else is there that has the power to bring charges?
The CIA has carried out operations against US citizens within the US for decades by working through the FBI or by giving their own people FBI credentials. The chosen approach, blaming Russia and claiming Trump was their puppet, is classic CIA and the fact that the FBI rather than the CIA handles counterintelligence is a meaningless technicality now that the Homeland Security beast has been created.
Brennan is at the heart of this and he won’t flip because he sees helping the DNC machine take over and destroy the Constitution as his duty as a Muz Lame.

This is the reason that in criminal conspiracies and RICO enterprises, that the first person to go to the feds gets pretty much a free pass on indictments and prison.
My only question is who is doing the investigation of the corruption.
Nothing like an opening paragraph that says the source’s name is being kept confidential for his protection, then paragraph after paragraph after paragraph identifying him. Sheer genius.
None of the memos coming out of Congress make mention of Preistap even thought his boss and immediate subordinate are mentioned everywhere. Those same Congressmen and Senators appearing on news show never mention Preistap other than maybe in passing.
The only reasonable thing to conclude it that Preistap is talking to investigators. Based on his position, he knows who are the honest investigators.

It would be loads of fun if we could get blow-by-blow reports on swamp draining, but I suspect any real developments will not be known until many months later.
Having said that, it is fun to speculate.
But a lot of FReepers seem to expect more than fun speculation - they really believe that there are inside sources (like Q for example) who are giving them a blow-by-blow account.
Some FReepers actually believe that when something happens they will hear about it that week from the MSM. Then when nothing is reported, they are dissapointed and frustrated and call for various people to be fired.
I think this is a gross misconception.
Yes, we will eventually hear about things, but not until the end.
There are hundreds of reasons why investigations are kept under wraps and almost no reason to go public.
The only value in public announcements during an open investigation is to flush someone out. And in that case the “information” is planted for purposes of misdirection.
Like I said, it’s fun to speculate, and I live for the day that all these lefties get sent to jail.
I just hate to see people get their expectations up, then when there is nothing in the news, they are frustrated and assume people aren’t doing their jobs.
Maybe Trump is busy draining the swamp or maybe the swamp is too much for him. I hope it’s the former, but we in the public wouldn’t know one way or the other. Not yet.

It was also pointed out by Sundance that Preslip is independently wealthy and probably doesn’t want to spend a couple of decades in jail. If he fully sings, given what he knows, he’s likely to see maybe 2 years - since he was still knee deep in this crap.
Let’s hope that’s the case and Sessions ‘surprises’ us.

I remember thinking, when I first heard Comey say that he was told by the FBI Director of Counterintelligence not to advise congress, Oh Boy, that guy is gonna be in so much trouble.
Then, for the longest time, neither the title nor the name of the Director, was mentioned.
I forgot about it until recently, but I must pose this question: If he is not “cooperating” then what exactly is he doing. I mean there should be some sort of alternative to his singing. What could it be?
