The Smithsonian Institute has just revealed an official portrait of former President Barack Obama in Washington, DC.
Just before dramatically unveiling the former president's portrait, which depicts him sitting in a garden amid green ivy, the Institute presented a portrait of former first lady Michelle Obama, and it looks like it definitely left a huge impression on her.
The portrait was greeted with gasps and applause.
"Wow, wow," Obama said in awe once the portrait was unveiled. She gave a short speech afterward.
"Can we just say wow again?" she said. "I have to tell you that as I stand here today with all of you and look at this amazing portrait that will hang with so many iconic figures, I am overwhelmed to say the least."

They received the portraits they both deserved. From black artists that are fully woke. Mind numbing and ugly, undignified, and exactly portraying them as the outliers of American culture that they are.

His looks like a crappy photoshop and hers looks NOTHING like her.

I think they would look best if rounded up and turned into the headline exhibit at the Great Blax in Wax Museum.
Have these been Photoshopped? Those portraits are almost as bad as the suit that the dude on the left is wearing. They look cartoonish. I’m not a fan of Obama as a president but if these photos are real then he seriously needs to demand his money back. And that suit... omg... someone needs to send that dude back to the 1970’s.
They seem large. Don’t know if that is usual.

Moochelle’s portrait reminds me of that woman in Italy that tried to repaint over an icon of Jesus.

Those portraits look like high school art projects. It also appears that the artists were so intent on ladling on the symbolism and pleasing their subjects that they lost sight of the purpose of the paintings. In other words, a complete waste of effort.
So they are absolutely perfect for the Obamas.
Actually, I approve of both paintings. They are poorly done and lack the professionalism and good taste in the portraits of other presidents and first ladies. They reflect that lack of professionalism and tastelessness (is that a word?) in both barry and michelle. They are the kind of portraits the couple deserve, and it will be obvious next to the portraits of past presidents and first ladies.

Barky’s portrait is horrendous. It belongs in a cheap bathhouse next to the gay dogs playing poker.
Michael’s isn’t nearly as bad but could have been done by a beginning art student.
It seems like they made his hands overly large. Is that a comment on Trump’s small hands?
