I watch a little of what the FDA does, and I think they manipulate approvals (delay, grant, withhold) in order to manipulate the stock market. They may have other reasons as well.
Qx read it in his extensive UFO related research--sometime in the last 5 years or so. There were hints about it for years. But that was the clearest most emphatic statement he'd ever read about it's existence and use.
There have been a lot of 'leaks' about total cures for various maladies via DNA tinkering and other means, for years--some related to UFO's and a lot not.
