https://8ch.net/qresearch/ as responses to other anons - I believe that is the disparity in the links. I'm not sure if the SEC_TEST has been issued before on the qresearch board where this originated. And, of course, SEC_TEST may have more (or less! lol) meaning or purpose than we're aware of.
