The should pass a law that says you have the right to ask to be transferred to a call center inside the USA.
Despite getting more accustomed, it still gladdens my heart to hear a southern twang or a flat midwestern accent. Such a relief to be able to speak freely and normally, and actually be understood.

Yeah I wasn’t mentioning indians in general either, just that someone’s different variety of English is a tip off as to a scam at times.
I’ve actually asked AT&T to transfer me to a supervisor in the US to resolve issues.

I won’t address your comment about my English since this is not a proper forum to brag about spoken and written English for those used to speech, cadence, and grammar as taught in Oxford universities.
