I’m not sure he can stop trials from happening in DC, without some kind of military tribunal. And that opens a pretty nasty door, that we may cheer today, and fear tomorrow.
I’d like to see some of these people arrested for small charges.....like tax evasion, and obstruction charges. But lots of them...don’t try for treason, it’s hard to prove in court. Get these people on the tiny violations, and rack up the charges. Al Capone learned how deadly those charges can be.
I guess we've come down in behalf of POTUS because the horrific young child rape, cutting them into pieces without anesthesia; Bar-B-Qing them, sacrificing them to satan etc. etc. etc. is such an outrageous amount of evil perpetrated on so many children WHO DID NOT HAVE THEIR Constitutional rights protected! ... that we believe almost any remotely Constitutional consequences are fine with us--even via a National Emergency declaration etc.
