Yeah. Normally we'd be quite hostile about questionably Constitutional incarcerations and executions. And it certainly could be a double edged sword.

I guess we've come down in behalf of POTUS because the horrific young child rape, cutting them into pieces without anesthesia; Bar-B-Qing them, sacrificing them to satan etc. etc. etc. is such an outrageous amount of evil perpetrated on so many children WHO DID NOT HAVE THEIR Constitutional rights protected! ... that we believe almost any remotely Constitutional consequences are fine with us--even via a National Emergency declaration etc.
