That's exactly what I thought when I first saw your post, Steve, and I was just about to post something. Since we both immediately thought of it, it must be true. :)

The single plus sign replaced by a minus sign might very well mean that, like the Saudi leg of the pyramid, Soros is taken down, neutralized, or out of the game completely.
