I think cocoa is a popular subject. Were at well over 100 posts already!
One thing that I have to put cocoa in nowadays is enchilada sauce sauce and taco seasoning. It makes a Huge Huge difference. And you wouldnt know its in there, it doesnt taste chocolatey but it adds a real depth of flavor.

That’s something I haven’t experimented with - the savory possibilities of Chocolate.
Yes! When I make chili I put unsweetened chocolate in. Adds richness. I could tear into some enchiladas right now. ; )
