I make my Amish Friendship and Carrot cakes in it, and have really never had anything stick. If I’m using butter, I flour it well; but usually I use Pam.

I often make pound cakes in my bundt pan. It is a nonstick brand but I also spray it with Baker's Joy (a spray oil and flour combination) and nothing ever sticks.
