From the early paragraphs it sounds like the co-star went with her “back in the day” to file charges with authorities but no, it appears to be a recent filing and Nicole admits not knowing what the statute of limitations is. 30 years is a long time.

She was 17 and started dating another guy and didn’t want to be a virgin anymore. “I was embarrassed I was a virgin, so I needed someone to pop the cherry and make me a veteran.” So she basically asked Scott to do the deed. She didn’t even want to go out to dinner with him, she just wanted him for the experience!
