New allegations against Scott Baio surfaced Wednesday from another one of his Charles in Charge costars: Alexander Polinsky.
Polinsky, 43, provided a statement to The Talk which was read out while Nicole Eggert was on the show to talk about her sexual abuse allegations against the actor.
Eggert said on the show that Polinsky, who played Adam Powell on Charles in Charge, went with her to file to the police station when she filed a report against Baio and Polinsky also made his own police report supporting her allegations.
In addition to supporting the actress’ claims, Polinsky alleged he was physically abused by Baio, 57.
His longtime friend and The Talk host Sara Gilbert became emotional reading his statement on his behalf, explaining, “He’s actually a dear friend of mine.”
“Working on the set of Charles in Charge from age 11 to 15 was no picnic, it was a toxic environment,” Polinsky said in the statement. “I witnessed Scott Baio acting inappropriately towards Nicole Eggert during my first year of working on the show. I walked in on them together behind the set. Nicole was on Scott’s lap and he did not appreciate my intrusion. He yelled at me and called me various homophobic slurs.”

These idiots are always busted in their lies. Why would he attend a birthday party and take a picture with somebody just seven years ago who has no control or power over your career anymore if he was so horrible? Same reason all these has beens and never was are coming out with their accusations. They think are there tendons going to leave to avoid war some talk to you later. These people are severely mentally and emotionally damaged. I don’t believe any of them and what’s the point of going to the cops now? What a waste of taxpayer and police time. And that stupid blubbering dyke on The Talk reading this guy’s letter because it’s her friend. These people are so vile and have no concept of decency, ethics, the law or anything. They’re witch hunters and would have everybody they don’t like put in a camp if they could. All the while calling everyone else a Nazi.

From the early paragraphs it sounds like the co-star went with her “back in the day” to file charges with authorities but no, it appears to be a recent filing and Nicole admits not knowing what the statute of limitations is. 30 years is a long time.
But “#MeToo”.
Scott Baio says that he couldn’t have done anything inappropriate on the set because things are closely watched. But that doesn’t explain alleged encounters in his car, residence, etc.
I would let my kid spend the day with a pretty boy faggot unless he was behind bars.

But she said they didn’t have sex until later. “I was a virgin until I was 17, almost 18 years old.” She didn’t want to go into the virginity thing on the radio, but they pushed, since she’s dated so many famous people. She said she didn’t lose her virginity to “Marky Mark” Wahlberg. He was close, though.
Nicole eventually revealed that Scott was her first time. She was 17 and started dating another guy and didn’t want to be a virgin anymore. “I was embarrassed I was a virgin, so I needed someone to pop the cherry and make me a veteran.” So she basically asked Scott to do the deed. She didn’t even want to go out to dinner with him, she just wanted him for the experience!

I listened to Scott Baio’s facebook stream. He’s got audio from a web interview Nicole gave a few years ago saying that she went over to his place ONE time to have sex (at her initiation) because she was still a virgin and wanted to get ‘rid’ of ‘it’ before getting together with her boyfriend.
From her account in the interview, it happend after the show was completed and she was over 18.
She certainly remained in contact with him and his wife afterwards.
She seems to be represented by Gloria Alred’s daughter. And people claimed Joe McCarthy was witchfinder general.
Allred’s daughter used to work as Harvey’s fixer.
