Yesterday, his daughter said the reason why he is not in Washington is because of the flu bug going around, and how it is best he not travel as a result.
Just being curious, but, if he had brain surgery, wouldn’t there be a scar or something? How fast does his hair grow?
My theory is that he knew he was going to be wearing a boot so “they” used a brain tumor excuse to get him out of the public view.
