Maybe these Q things, whatever they are, might make sense in Romulan?

Nah. Maybe Horta ... or Gorn.

Appears this Ghatas character is a black hat.
With regards to RR - I've always considered him a wild card here and he like Mueller get bad raps, the question has always been are they leading the sting or its first targets. The memo does nothing to clarify that - the fact RR signed off on a warrant is something that could have been to facilitate the sting.
But everybody should read the statement made when Rosenstein got a plea for General Cartwright for leaking secrets to the NYT about Stuxnet to help Iran. Obama pardoned General Cartwright on his last day in office, and turned out Cartwright is related to Strzoh.
Remember what Comey said about "no reasonable prosecutor" ... ?
Former Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Pleads Guilty to Federal Felony in Leak Investigation:
"The announcement was made by Acting Assistant Attorney General for National Security Mary B. McCord, U.S. Attorney Rod J. Rosenstein for the District of Maryland and Assistant Director in Charge Paul M. Abbate of the FBIs Washington Field Office.
...
People who gain access to classified information after promising not to disclose it must be held accountable when they willfully violate that promise, said U.S. Attorney Rosenstein. We conducted a thorough and independent investigation included collecting tens of thousands of documents through subpoenas, search warrants and document requests, and interviewing scores of current and former government employees. The evidence showed that General Cartwright disclosed classified information without authorization to two reporters and lied to federal investigators. As a result, he stands convicted of a federal felony offense and faces a potential prison sentence.

If you remember the Watergate tales, "Deep Throat", like Q-Anon, offered up tantalizing hints and tidbits, rather than going on the record with complete statements and naming names.
This tactic helps maintain a bit of drama, educates the masses, promotes curiosity, and obscures the strategic goals to the enemy. Personally, I love it.

I remain hopeful Mueller and Rosenstein are White Hats.

Not a freaken chance. Both are neck deep in the coup. All in the cabal are related though long association, wives work, political ties and progressive ideology.
They dont even hide it. With Sessions protecting them, Rosenstein and Wray know they can flip Trump off and they do that publicly as well.
We may hear from Mueller shortly. The need for the progs to change the dialogue is dire.
You would think after murdering a young boy, shooting a woman holding a baby, burning to death innocent women and children, and now an obvious coup attempt on the Republic, folks would get it in their head the FBI and its overseer in DOJ ARE the enemy.

Q seems to be saying that Clinton agreed to have Scalia murdered through his tarmac meeting with Loretta L.
well, that would explain a LOT, especially if TRUMP HAS THE TAPE.

Military tribs are a fantasy and a really, really bad idea, even in this soft coup attempt.
What Trump knows he has to do is fix the appointments that he screwed up on. Mueller is the dems last hope, and Trump feels his risk from Mueller is less than the pain from firing Sessions, Rosenstein and Wray.
Traditionally replacements are made after midterms and in a big way in a second term.
Meanwhile he can try to get them to resign. He does this rhetorically in his tweets in calling them dishonest, should be ashamed etc. Momentum is building for a second special counsel to look at DoJ and FBI. This would make their life hell. However they would be advised to not resign during such an investigation by their personal attorneys.
Finally, the White House offices, OMB, Personnel, chief of Staff can make their life hell in a myriad of ways. I have seen that done and it isnt pretty. Why they arent doing that is beyond me.
Trump really only has half-assed patriots and mental midgets to work with. He has really to do all the work himself. In all the many administrations I have worked in, in both political and professional capacities, I have never seen such a sorry state of support for a President from his own people.

Disagree. They hold the Media. We must burn them to the ground, along with the Media, who are a propaganda arm for this cabal. They must be burned to the ground as well.
What we are witnessing is a quiet civil war. Our enemies must be destroyed, thoroughly, inexorably, utterly.

If Scalia was killed to make room for Lowretta, it was advance planning --
Yeah. The 187 angle is missing any sort of useful crumbs here. But the vacancy, let's presume based on natural death, could still be used as a carrot during the tarmac meeting.

Not even necessary, Garland withdraws and voila! --
Garland wouldn't have to withdraw. Nominations expire at the end of a Congress.

When was it clear that Congress wasn't going to give Obama his nominee? --
Pretty much day 1, McConnell said forget it. Some uncertainty based on political pressure from the DEM side, but McConnell's basis was sound. Garland was nominated near the end of March, the tarmac meeting was months later. By then it was clear the senate was not going to take up the nomination.
-- So Clinton reminding LL of the AS murder in order to get her to accelerate the dropping of or drop the case against his wife? --
That's plausible too -- even taking a natural death and spinning a tale that it was a murder.
