President Trump delegates Secretary of Defense, in coordination with the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, and the Director of National Intelligence, his functions and authorities, to decide what to do with the START Treaty with Russia, if it is found that Russia plays fast & loose (i.e., we get to decide to withdraw from the treaty and beef up our nukes in response).
In the recent Q post that he made in the past 20 minutes, he seems that he wants us to go back and find videos of the woman looking at their phones. He wants to zoom in on what they are typing. He says not the one with Candy Crush. He says it will go viral once it is revealed.
