Where are the DOJ and FBI WHISTLE BLOWERS?

It is now apparent that TOP LEVEL DOJ and FBI OFFICALS abused the Constitution and deceived our Judicial court system. I would like to ASK "Where were the DOJ and FBI government WHISTLE BLOWERS?" I'm sure that there were (some if not many) Federal Employees assisting these Top Level DOJ and FBI dishonest scumbags. One might think there are no Government whistle blowers. Well.....

A Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act (WPEA) was passed by 112th Congress. WPEA provides millions of federal workers with the rights they need to report government corruption and wrongdoing safely. The law reflects an unequivocal bipartisan consensus, having received the vote of every member in the 112th Congress, passing both the Senate and House of Representatives by unanimous consent shortly before adjournment. Yes, government WHISTLE BLOWERS are NOW protected.

far more pervasive than just the top echelons

Remember Obama and Clinton and their cronies in the agencies have had 16 years to promote incompetent useful idiots. And Bush/Cheney did bugger all to reverse it, and in fact had their go as well.

Once you have craven incompetent self-promoters in supervisory position in the agencies, it almost doesn't matter which party is in power. Let the games begin as the petty corruption enabled by grand corruption goes on.

I live here in the swamp. I think you will find far less that is of value and salvageable in these agencies than anyone is letting on.

Sadly, I suspect the corruption goes deeper and is far more pervasive than just the top echelons of the involved organizations.

I yell at the TV every time some Republican says, "But of course, when we talk about corruption, we're not talking about the rank-and-file." We're not? I am. Where are the decent men and women? Why is no one speaking up? Where are the whistle blowers? Not a PEEP from any of them. Not even a leak. I also think the corruption runs much deeper than we want to admit.

If a "Good" cop becomes aware of crime committed by a "Bad" cop and doesn't report it, he becomes an accessory after the fact

I don't think you realize how bad it is in the swamp. It isn't a few isolated incidents of corrupt behavior in an otherwise healthy place. The entire culture of DC is corrupt.

There is no one to report it to. It is gratifying to learn that the DOJ IG is trying to do the right thing. The IG culture in DC has also been corrputed and they tried to corrupt this guy (Horowitz). Apparently he did not fold when mutilated.

I agree... there has been much blood of innocent American blood shed, directly and indirectly, as a result of Lon Horiuchi’s abhorrent actions. And he’s off somewhere peacefully enjoying at least one generous government pension.

Maybe they’ve embedded a hatch man at every relevant level of the bureau.

I don’t know. Last time I saw them they were on their way to the gym to work out. That was months ago.

It is tough to be a whistleblower because of the risk, uncertainty, and inevitable hard feelings from former friends and colleagues. On balance, whistleblower protections are thin comfort and offer inadequate compensation.

And the whole death thing.

1971 testimony by Serpico:

“The problem is that the atmosphere does not yet exist... in which an honest police officer can act... without fear of ridicule or reprisal from fellow officers. Police corruption cannot exist unless it is at least tolerated...at higher levels in the department. Therefore, the most important result that can come from these hearings... is a conviction by police officers that the department will change. In order to ensure this... an independent, permanent investigative body... dealing with police corruption, like this commission, is essential..”

The FBI and other 3-letter agencies have reached the same level of corruption, but on a scale unimaginable to the average person. We watch the movies, we hear the warnings, and we see the consequences, but it is almost impossible to get outside that safe mental envelope where the “good guys” stand watch.

To envision the real scope, I believe we have to look at the spiritual element. Those scoffing at this very moment have contributed to the environment that produces such evil. It’s not one man, or any human cabal; it’s the same list for power that drove Satan and his minions from heaven. You can be like gods... tin gods with tin badges, mind you, but still far above all those little people.

Everyone assumes they’d do the right thing, but, like green boots facing combat, you never know. Obama made an art out of destroying whistleblowers and the culture hasn’t changed.

Like most gangs, the initiation consists of breaking the law. You start small—just grab a few bucks from a dirtbag. Then you keep an eye out and pass a couple messages to the “team.” Eventually, you realize your team now has enough to keep you quiet, and they have some guys that will see to that permanently. It’d be a shame if your beautiful wife found out. All of the sudden, “How’s you boy doing, Joe?” takes on a whole new meaning..

Did you miss Obama’s 8-year reign of terror against whistleblowers?

“Washington DC votes 90% progressive/left every single election”

That’s what people have a hard time grappling with. If more than 5% of the fed govt apparatchiks actually voted for Trump, I would be shocked. I think the percentage was much lower.

90 plus percent of these apparatchiks voted for a corrupt harpy with a resume chock-full of treason, corruption and murder.

Answer is simple.

They love their pensions more than their country.

Exactly. We’re told that it was only the top level political apppointees who were the problem but the lower level employees seem to be circling the wagons.

Any government agency that complains about being criticized and exposed using “A threat to National Security” bogus shield should immediately be decommissioned and disbanded (Including pension holders). This goes for the Secret Service especially. Presidents should be protected by Active Duty under a direct chain of command that is accountable/liable, not an excuse making enterprise.

During Clinton, Shrub & Zero, the alphabet agencies practiced “affirmative action” and basically stopped hiring quality people in large numbers. You are seeing the “fruits” of this insanity now

If Rosenstien had the nerve to threaten Nunes and his committee members, you can bet they have the FBI and DOJ locked down tight.

"....well, yesterday he sent me a text saying: “I just talked to a good friend of mine at the FBI - the entire operational part of FBI - 85% are gathering evidence, willing and ready to assist, he said the IG already has plenty but there’s plenty more to come - they are fighting mad at the left wing elites’ most of whom - like Comey = were never in the FBI - they are all lawyers/political appointees.”"

I sincerely hope your friend is right because a lot of folks have been disappointed by their actions or lack there of in the past. And those lawyers/political appointees are the ones who will have to prosecute any wrong doing, not the IG.

An OIG investigation can result in a criminal proceeding only if DOJ accepts it for criminal prosecution.

The DOJ and FBI have gone the way of the IRS, VA and ATF. Everything they say or present as evidence is suspect at this point. Even their vaunted crime lab conclusions have to be put into question by any jury. Through their political partisanship they have put the entire organizations credibility into question. If I’m on a jury I now have a reasonable doubt with anything the FBI or DOJ presents.
