I dunno. I think, “Makes Watergate look like a schoolboy prank” describes it better. Looking at it with considerably better than 6th grade reading comprehension skills, I see evidence that senior FBI officials perjured themselves before a Federal court, used known-false evidence to get warrants, excluded exculpatory evidence, and authorized illegal wiretaps for the purpose of tipping the election towards the Democratic Party. Looks to me like they did everything in the playbook except witness tampering to suborn perjury, and I expect that will come to light if there are hearings.
I think they attempted to do some witness tampering - its not in the memo, but from what Ive read, one of the supporting documents indicates that there was some attempt to interfere with a witness (Im not sure in what case though).
The memo is a summary. Once the supporting documents are fully available in a comprehensive form, I think the attorneys will be flocking.
