Now we know why the sentencing of Flynn was ‘postponed’..............With the publication of this memo, the defense has very good grounds for dismissal of all charges...................

I am just amazed an unknown bureaucrat (Rod Rosenstein, Deputy AG) can, of his own will, pick anyone he wants, to conduct a private investigation and media campaign against a President. No oversight, no input, no public record or reports necessary.

Its a wide, gaping hole in the Constitution, and devious leftists have found it

This is the outcome I want to see. Firing Mueller and/or Sessions is still too radioactive, but after the memo Rosenstein should go. Strike while the iron’s hot; keep the momentum going.

Didn’t we “reset” with the Russians?
All thought it was all good.

Rosenstein is the US Attorney who kept the Russian bribery/kickback investigations under wraps until after the Uranium One deal was approved.

He should have never been nominated for Deputy AG

Rosenstein should be sent to jail for a long, long, time

Sesssions needs to suspend, then prosecute

Rosenburg needs to be immediately disbarred for fraud on the court. Rush is not hitting on the biggest issue. The money quote in the memo is that people submitting the application to the FISA Judge are ethically required to also submit the facts favorable to the proposed target.

Unless Rosentein’s been acting as an informant and agent of the Trump Administration his career in law is over.

He has such serious conflicts of interest he never should have accepted or been placed in the job position he is in.

Rosenstein should have recused himself at the very start

Rosenstein is still working.
That’s what’s hard to believe.

I think the whole point of releasing the memo is to put the pressure on Rosenstein. He’s the only one who signed a FISA warrant who is still a federal employee (not counting McCabe who semi-resigned the other day). They are showing Rosenstein they have the goods on him and could remove him for cause, and the implication is that the only way for him to avoid that is to order Mueller to wrap up the probe.

Criminals shouldn’t be set free simply because they are Democrats! ALL criminals need to be prosecuted and sentenced!

The problem is - the justice system and the people have allowed, for years, police to obtain warrants without, on surely many occasions, revealing all to the issuing Judge. If/when probable cause can be attacked on the basis of the witholding of relevant information to the Judge which would have undermined the probable cause - then the outcome is charges being dismissed. But the police/justice officials can go their merry way with no repercussions.

I think the difference in this case is that the witholding can be tied directly to an attempt to take down a political rival and thus obstruction of justice. I want to see arrests. If I don’t see arrests then we will have seen the Repubs having failed the nation in their own backyard (if that was not already obvious) and failed to exercise any kind test to their integrity and the rule of law.
