Q: Name Leftist media death spirals.
I don’t think I’ve heard a Bruno Mars song.
If they want big ratings, they should knock off a famous singer each year. Who would be next year's choice?
It’s time to start lighting up the phones of the sponsors. It’s supposed to be an awards show, not a political forum.
The left’s takeaway on the ratings: the show wasn’t political enough and they will double down on it next time.
19.8 million viewers. @realDonaldTrump has 47.2 million followers. That puts things in perspective.

The real size of the Democrat voting base.
The Grammys are a young person’s show and young people don’t watch TV. They stream it on other devices.
There are at least 125 million prime time viewers (2014 stats) in the day and time slot of the Grammy’s award show. The approximate 20 million Grammy viewers represented a small 16% minority of the possible viewing audience.
The trick that has been performed by the TV media and those who report on it, is in the splintered and segmented television viewing world any “most watched” show is actually almost always a show that the majority of viewers are not watching - they are all watching something else. Yet the pretense of the “popularity” of any show is sustained by the media.
While MOST, more than 83% of the prime time viewing audience did NOT watch the Grammys when it was telecast it was reported on and hyped as the most important television event of the night. While actually the most important television event of the night was that 83+% of the possible Grammy viewing audience never watched it.
Bruno Mars is very talented.
You would sure need a lot of politically motivated moonbattery to drive viewers away (which apparently they had no problem finding).
