That is the provocative hypothesis put forward by Danial Greenfield at Sultan Knish. On its face it sounds hyperbolic, but Greenfield makes a rather sober case. You should read it all, but this will give you some of the flavor:
How do civil wars happen?
Two or more sides disagree on who runs the country. And they cant settle the question through elections because they dont even agree that elections are how you decide whos in charge.
Thats the basic issue here. Who decides who runs the country? When you hate each other but accept the election results, you have a country. When you stop accepting election results, you have a countdown to a civil war. *** The Mueller investigation is about removing President Trump from office and overturning the results of an election. We all know that. But its not the first time theyve done this.
The first time a Republican president was elected this century, they said he didnt really win. The Supreme Court gave him the election. Theres a pattern here. *** What do sure odds of the Dems rejecting the next Republican president really mean? It means they dont accept the results of any election that they dont win.

Dont know. People, even on here, might argue that sieges never work.
My answer is that blockades dont usually work, but sieges do.
The whole countries of Japan and Germany were basically under siege during WW2. Although that was not the determining factor to their defeats, it caused them to lose the war because of the shortages from those sieges.
of course, Stalingrad was called a siege. It might have been a type of siege but the Russians had an avenue of supply to that place.
Vicksburg was a siege, for example. Masada was a siege.
You didn't listen to the lecture, did you.
you are so right..
and I call shite for brains! he’s mine! :)
LOL!
Is that a fact? How would you know that they “spread gasoline”?
Why were the Feds there in the first place?
It is hard for us to talk about atrocities in other countries, when it appears that we sent in our own people to gas a bunch of children.
