Why does
anyone keep fooling with this concept?
Unless they're a deep-pocket SJW-type, they can't hope to ever have anything like this gain acceptance by either law enforcement or the general public.

I wonder what the police unions would say in Seattle and NY if their Mayors demanded they use these “smart” guns?

It is puzzling why they keep trying over, and over, and over again.
My darn iPhone sometimes gets moody and wont recognize my fingerprint under perfect conditions.
Like I would ever be certain this smart gun would work in heat, cold, under stress, and/or covered in mud, sweat, blood, or water? No thanks.

Why does anyone keep fooling with this concept? If I remember correctly New Jersey has a law stating if a handgun/firearm like this is sold in the private market (I think even just one gun) then all other firearms are banned from sales in the state.
If this POS pistol sells there they will then corner the market and make a lot of money until other manufacturers catch up.
