Maybe the civil asset forfeiture Sessions wrote last Sept. covers domestic seizure. We never did drill too deep into the particulars on that one, kinda assumed it was for drug dealers.

Yes. They can and probably have already frozen assets.

As American citizens, they have legal recourse if they want to use it but might want to take a deal to go away w/o their assets or you’ll probably spend the rest of your life at Gitmo.

Maybe?

Section 1(a)iii does not specify "foreign person"

Sections 3 and 4 do not specify foreign.
