Yes. They can and probably have already frozen assets.

As American citizens, they have legal recourse if they want to use it but might want to take a deal to go away w/o their assets or you’ll probably spend the rest of your life at Gitmo.

Maybe?

Yea, I think American laws would have to apply to American citizens. Those laws are already in place. Unless these extra asset seizure classifications apply domestically. I especially like the “government officials” clause to apply domestically. I just can’t find it in the E.O. I’m not a good enough fake lawyer. Graduated last in my fake lawyer class.
