The decision to install Megyn Kelly as part of NBC's coverage of President Trump's State of the Union address on Tuesday is not sitting well with some at the network. A source tells DailyMail.com that those involved in the special are horrified' by the move and trying to get out of 'working or appearing' with Megyn. The former Fox News host will be joining a line-up that includes Lester Holt, Savannah Guthrie, Chuck Todd, Andrea Mitchell, and Tom Brokaw, with appearances from NBC News chief White House correspondents Hallie Jackson and Kasie Hunt, 11-day White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci and Obama speechwriter David Litt.

Regardless of our opinions of Megyn Kelly, there is NO ONE at NBC news who has the competence, intelligence, or moral standing, to criticize her in any way.
Of course, that’s not saying much, either.
Of course we are getting old, but does anyone remember any of the old reporters of the 50s, 60s or 70s? In my remembrance they were all dry as toast. Cronkite was dry too but did have pull since he was a nightly anchor and trusted, abeit wrongly we found out. These reporters today think they are Hollywood and Gotcha all rolled into one.

So, will she attempt to cover SOTU fairly or will she view it as an opportunity to “redeem” herself, go after Trump and inevitably fall flat on her face again?

I’m thinking any decent journalist would be horrified at the prospect of working with any of the NBC line up in this story. All, not most, all are dishonest purveyors of the liberal lying perspective. Friends of America they are not.
