The so-called "lost" text messages between FBI agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, covering the time period between December 2016 and May 2017, aren't missing after all. Strzok and Page both served on the Special Counsel led by Robert Mueller, but were dismissed when a series of anti-Trump and pro-Hillary text messages between them were revealed by the Inspector General.
When the FBI claimed over the weekend the messages could not be located due to a computer glitch that failed to backup the data, Attorney General Jeff Sessions vowed to get to the bottom of the situation. It appears he already has.
From Fox News:
Text messages from a critical five-month period between Trump-bashing FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, who both served on Special Counsel Robert Muellers team, have been located, Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz has told Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, and Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis.
Whether the messages will be released to the public is another question.
On Wednesday, government watchdog Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit against the FBI for the messages after the bureau ignored a December 2017 Freedom of Information Act request.
I dont believe for one minute that the Strzok-Page texts are really missing, Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton released in a statement.

Initial action should come from within the FBI; demotion, reassignment, suspension, termination, and referral of criminal charges. Any agency head embarrassed to the degree of this mess would already be doing so.
As far as escalation from the coup forces, there comes a time to attack. President Trump is a master of that timing.
SO???
Bring it on!!!

Kind of like police should not be too hard to criminals because they might come at the police harder?
Coupsters are seditionists teetering on treason, and they should be rounded up and stuffed into 8 X 8 cross bar motels, not be feared by the chief executive of the US Constitution in undertaking his duties.
“Yo in a heap o’ trouble, son.”
Someone had the pucker effect - if they were really missing it would point to obstruction/treason - hope they still do burn some folks over the attempt.
You are absolutely correct. I have ignored the drive-by media for years. One has to find other, less corrupted sources to get real substance. I guess my issue is - the whole “Strzok text chasing” seems to be going nowhere, even with Congress - the only body and few people within it that is doing anything about this.
The worst outcome for Trump, and for America, would be for him to be legally removed by Congress.
I’m certain that Ryan (Romney) and McConnell (Bush) have threatened exactly that if Trump acts against the plotters.
His best course of action is not as clear as you seem to believe.
They want him gone, regardless of the method. If they cannot do it via judicial process, they will likely place a bullet in his head.
Im certain that Ryan (Romney) and McConnell (Bush) have threatened exactly that if Trump acts against the plotters.
So, the plotters wish to use judicial/political process to remove the President, and if they are interfered with, they will use force, that is the implied or real threat from them,?
His best course of action is not as clear as you seem to believe.
I don't know the best course of action, but it appears more and more likely that violence will need to be visited upon the plotters for them to be extinguished.
As a side, are you THE James Noble of Shadow Ranch Park fame?
Thanks! That is reassuring.
Negative.
I agree completely.
This has gone far, far beyond what judicial proceedings can cope with.
Their power is being drained.
They will fall.
No, you’re wrong. Attempted removal of Trump by Congress would be illegal.
The US Military will not allow that to happen.
The American people will not allow it to happen.
Ruh ro.
Doubt it. But, we'll see.
Shazam, Shazam, what a surprize. When feral data are caged they squeal!
What was all that about Sessions, told ya so...
What were they in the kitchen table under a couple magazines?
