Yes, it was their first Double A side single (maybe second, I can’t remember if Day Tripper/We Can Work It Out was also a Double A side).
I think it stayed that way for the most part until the major labels stopped releasing 45s. The B side would very rarely get played at least on AM Top40 stations.
The flip side of “They’re coming to take me away (ha-ha)” was the same song, except in reverse.
Records were great good fun.
